Pre-Order with Russell Hampton

Rotary licensed vendor Russell Hampton will be present at our event, but their shop is limited. Pre-order items you know you want to buy and have them ready for you when you arrive for Empire MD PELS weekend in Syracuse.

 

 

Check with your club to see if you need to order any new badges, member kits or other commonly used supplies and save on shipping by picking up for them.

 

Is your club's incoming president attending PELS? Ask them if they can bring back your order for you so you can get a new hat, pin, jacket or other Rotary branded item!

Below are the ways this option can be used.

Attendees can enter the code during the online checkout process. When the code is used, the order will be flagged internally and pulled to be included in the shipment going to Empire State Rotary PELS, rather than shipping directly to the attendee’s address.
At checkout, shipping will initially display as if the order is being sent directly to the customer. Once the code is entered, the order will be removed from normal shipment and added to the Empire State Rotary PELS shipment. No shipping charges will apply as long as the code is used. If the code is not entered, the order will process and ship as normal with applicable freight charges.

As always, attendees may also place orders by phone at 913-254-0500 (press 1) and let our Customer Service team know the order should be added to the Empire State Rotary PELS shipment.

Orders can also be emailed to orders@ruh.com with the same instruction.
The final deadline to place orders to be included with the shipment is end of day Monday, March 2nd.
